The company secured Gas Distribution Licenses (GDL) from NMDPRA and the Federal Government, boosting investor confidence.The 25-year exclusivity prevents infrastructure duplication, ensuring efficiency.Licensed areas:Ibadan Axis (Ogere-Ibadan-Oluyole-Olorisaoko-Asejire-Ajoda) – NipCo Gas/NGMLBenin City – NipCo GasLekki Free Trade Zone – NipCo Gas/NGMLNipCo Gas secures a license for the Kara-Sagamu-Abeokuta-Ibadan Axis, reinforcing its position as Nigeria’s largest indigenous gas distributor.MD credits this milestone to strong commitment and stakeholder support.

The company has excelled in supply chain efficiency, CNG infrastructure expansion, customer satisfaction, and market growth.NipCo Gas has commissioned CNG stations across Abuja, Lagos, Edo, Delta, Ogun, Oyo, Kogi, and Akwa Ibom. Its JV with NNPC Gas Marketing Ltd boosts industrial gas supply in Lekki and the Lagos-Ibadan corridor.NipCo Gas recently signed an agreement with Delta State to build a CNG station and conversion workshop in Asaba, with plans to expand further.
