London, England – Chelsea have completed the signing of highly-rated 2008-born striker Dastan Satpaev from Kairat Almaty.

The young Kazakh prodigy will make the move to Stamford Bridge for a €4 million package, including add-ons, a record transfer fee for the Kazakhstan Premier League.
