The partnership strengthens the two companies’ positions in the fast evolving energy transition landscape, with Syensqo committing to enable Ardent’s ambitious scaling plans with a supply of tailored materials.

By combining Syensqo’s materials science expertise with Ardent’s Optiperm™ membrane technology, the partnership accelerates innovation in sustainable energy.

Syensqo supplies specialty materials for Ardent’s high-performance membrane modules and systems.“This partnership is a major milestone in our mission to accelerate the energy transition,” said Erica Nemser, CEO of Ardent. “Syensqo’s role as an investor and strategic supply chain partner validates our technology and equips us with the industrial foundation to scale quickly and reliably.”“Our collaboration with Ardent aligns with our commitment to pioneering sustainable solutions,” said Peter Browning, President of Syensqo’s Specialty Polymers Business.

“This partnership reinforces our dedication to investing in and expanding breakthrough technologies that are vital to the global energy transition.”The partnership aims to scale production and enhance supply chain infrastructure to meet growing demand for Ardent’s Optiperm™ line.

Both companies remain committed to leading in sustainable technology.
