Valencia, Spain – Umar Sadiq (28) continues to make a significant impact for Valencia since his loan move in January, having now scored 5 La Liga goals for the club.

Umar Sadiq Scores Late Equalizer for Valencia

Yesterday, the Nigerian forward came off the bench in the 66th minute against Rayo Vallecano and swiftly found the back of the net, scoring the equalizing goal in the 75th minute.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw.

Rayo Vallecano had initially taken the lead through an own goal by C. Tárrega in the 45th minute.

Despite only joining in January, Sadiq has already become Valencia’s third-highest goalscorer in the league this season, highlighting the important contribution he has made to the team’s attack.

His ability to come off the bench and deliver crucial goals demonstrates his value to the Valencia squad.
