London, England – Reiss Nelson has returned to Arsenal’s Training Centre as he continues his rehabilitation following hamstring surgery.
The winger underwent the operation in February 2025 after suffering a setback during his loan spell at Fulham.
Nelson initially joined Fulham on loan in the summer of 2024 but has been plagued by injuries.
After recovering from an initial hamstring issue, he suffered a new injury to his other hamstring, requiring surgical intervention.
Fulham manager Marco Silva indicated in February that Nelson could be sidelined for the remainder of the season.
While Nelson is back at Arsenal to continue his recovery, his long-term future at the club remains uncertain.
With his contract set to expire in the summer of 2027, and having faced persistent injury problems limiting his playing time, it is widely speculated that he will likely depart Arsenal again in the upcoming summer transfer window.
