NGA to Showcase Nigeria Pavilion at WGC 2025

The Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) has been named an Association Partner for the World Gas Conference (WGC) 2025.As part of this, NGA will host a Nigeria Pavilion, showcasing the country’s gas potential and investment opportunities to a global audience.

WGC 2025, set for May 19-23 in Beijing, will bring together 30,000 participants from 70 countries, including 600 companies and 400 expert speakers.With the theme “Energizing a Sustainable Future,”

NGA aims to highlight Nigeria’s role in global energy discussions and promote natural gas as a key transition fuel for decarbonization.The NGA Nigeria Pavilion, in partnership with the Decade of Gas Secretariat, will showcase the country’s natural gas resources, innovations, and energy initiatives at WGC 2025.

NGA President Akachukwu Nwokedi emphasized Nigeria’s key role in the global energy market and its potential to drive growth across Africa.WGC 2025 will feature a special Nigerian Day to celebrate Nigeria’s culture and contributions to the global energy sector.NGA President Akachukwu Nwokedi emphasized the event as an opportunity to showcase Nigeria’s heritage and achievements on a global stage.

He urged energy sector players to leverage the Nigeria Pavilion to engage with global decision-makers and investors.As an Association Partner, NGA will ensure Nigeria’s voice is heard, driving partnerships, innovation, and a sustainable energy future.
