Nigerian striker Victor Boniface has been ruled out for the remainder of the year after suffering a muscle fiber tear in his thigh.

The injury occurred during Nigeria’s World Cup qualifier against Rwanda, and the Nigerian Football Federation has confirmed the severity of the issue.

This setback is a significant blow for both Boniface and Bayer Leverkusen.

The young forward had been making impressive strides in the Bundesliga, and his absence will undoubtedly impact the team’s attacking prowess.

We wish Boniface a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him back on the pitch next year.
